1st May 2011 saw East Coast Oils and Fats Ltd - part of MeTL Group of companies participate in May Day celebrations at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam. The Company recognized 10 best employees of all of which received cash prizes in various denominations and goods in kind from the factory.
All employees received a free t-shirt and cap. The aim was to boost the morale of the employees and provide a sense of belonging to the organization.
